I have been struggling to lose weight and after not getting much support from the likes of normal slimming classes I thought I would start my own support group in Bradwell on Sea.
Starting from Thursday 28th September 10.30 -11.30am & 7.30 - 8.30pm
Cost is £5.00 no joining fee.
During the session I will be offering a safe place to help with slimming,
